Event Planning.

The communications office is responsible for supporting many special events. For example, I served on the planning committee for a recent gala held to celebrate the board's 50th Anniversary. This was a collaborative effort across many departments. I assisted with table decorations, event setup, secured volunteers for the mascot costumes and more.
